Oro rosado

From dawn until dusk, a fishing vessel sails the sea of Cortez, Mexico. Inside the fishing nets full of crabs and fish, fishermen look for the pink gold: shrimps. Throughout the day, scenes from fishing time and life on board coexist, the only companions being birds and sea mammals that follow the vessel in order to get part of the spoils. This short film is a perfect example of the documentary films’ observation power.
