Vozes da Floresta is a documentary that shows women’s leadership in the vanguard of the preservation of the environment and women’s rights. Quilombolas (descendents of Afro-Brazilian slaves), indigenous women, ribeirinhas (riverside rural communities), nut breakers who fight for the continuation of their traditions, life in the forest and in the entire planet.
