Synopsis:

Ice pickers on Chimborazo have long endured the harsh conditions of this volcano, located in the Ecuadorian Andes. In return, they crush some of its ice to provide for their people. Baltazar is the only one who continues this profession and walks daily for hours to get blocks of ice. With a sense of nostalgia, he remembers his youth and his companions.
