In this film that mixes fiction with reality, Panamní, a town located in the borderline between Argentina and Brazil, will be sunk in the river before long. The construction of a hydroelectric dam alters the tranquility of the place. Thus, Panamní’s inhabitants are forced to move to a recently constructed and precarious neighborhood on the outskirts.
