From an interdisciplinary practice that combines video, photography, and installments, Enar reflects on how she conducts research, selects visual and written sources, and builds her projects from a critical view towards political, territorial, and environmental issues. This meeting aims at getting to know firsthand the behind scenes of her work.
In addition, as part of the 8th FINCA, her mid-length film Above All will be screened, selected in the International Short and Medium-Length Films Official Competition. Through a continuous nadir shot, abstractions, and metaphors, the film addresses urgent issues linked to airspace: the accelerated extinction of flying species, remote-control technologies, and the political capacity of the lung in its struggle to breathe.

Enar is a visual artist interested in proving the existing relations among socio-political and economic aspects, as well as the historical and environmental ones. Through many different artistic resources, including video, photography, and installations, her more recent works explore acts of territorialization, focusing on both their origins and consequences, such as the remote-control systems needed for their execution.
